 Company operations began in 1979 when broker/owner, Mitch Cox, opened Mitch Cox Realtor, Inc. Through his early sales experiences came a desire to create new, interesting office space to better met his client's specific needs. Land development and general contracting for personal projects developed within the company structure and in 1985, Mitch Cox Construction, Inc. became a full service general contractor and design-build specialist. Electrical contracting, architectural services and a residential real estate construction and sales division soon became part of the company service portfolio. To date, we have developed approximately 1,500,000 square feet and currently manage in execss of 800,000 square feet.
We continue to set the standard for quality commercial and patio home development projects in the Tri-Cities.
