“Based on my love for residential new construction and decorating, I obtain great enjoyment from assisting buyers with transforming their dreams and ideas into a warm and comfortable place called home.”
Representing Mitch Cox Development Group’s Residential Communities of The Villas at Netherland Lane, Waterbrooke, The Ridges Overlook and Cherry Grove Condominiums
A native of East Tennessee, my residential construction background began in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1988 as a bookkeeper for a custom homebuilder. After observing the on-site sales person within the company, I decided to obtain my Florida real estate license in 1989. Once I began selling NEW homes for a custom builder in 1991, I immediately realized I had found the career that was perfect for me! Based on my love for residential new construction and decorating, I obtain great enjoyment from assisting buyers with transforming their dreams and ideas into a warm and comfortable place called home. I have eighteen years experience in residential construction, real estate, and mortgage lending.
I am fully aware that your home buying experience is as unique as you are, and I will be available to assist you in any way possible. I take pride in providing customer satisfaction and am committed to giving you the personalized attention necessary from beginning to end.
I am a member of First Christian Church in Johnson City, as well as the Bridgebuilders Sunday School Class. I have been very blessed and I enjoy giving back to the community. I have been active in the United Emmaus Community since 2000. I also serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Coalition for Kids, and volunteer at Agape Women’s Services. In addition, I am a past Rotarian in the Tuesday Noon Group, and have served on the Public Relations Committee and the New Membership Committee for the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.
I hold an active Florida Real Estate License and a Tennessee Broker’s License. After living in several other areas of the Southeast from 1985 to 1998, I returned “home” in December of 1998. I have two children and five grandchildren, all living in the Tri-Cities area.
